Inside Sales Representative
Job Location: Grand Blanc, MI
Mac Arthur Corporation is a dynamic and growing mid-sized manufacturer of high-quality labels and die-cut components serving automotive and industrial customers around the world. Our customers include some of the largest OEMs and Tier 1s in the automotive industry, electronics and industrial manufacturers, and consumer product companies.
Reporting to the Vice President of Sales & Marketing, you will work closely with the Customer Service department and the Sales team to support product launches and various projects. You will be a strong multi-tasker and enjoy a fast-paced environment. You will be able to build effective relationships with customers to support their inquiries and concerns. The Inside Sale Representative position requires a confident individual who can work both independently will play a key role in the organization.
As a successful candidate for this position you will have 3 years or more Customer Service and/or Sales experience, preferably in an automotive manufacturing environment. You will have strong analytical and problem solving skills, and be an effective and assertive communicator, both verbally and non-verbally. You will be a resourceful and resilient individual who meets challenges with a sense of urgency. You will appreciate a variety of activities in your working environment and pride yourself on achieving results. Finally, you will enjoy working with a diverse team of highly motivated people focused on the company’s success.
- Support customer inquiries & concerns
- Launch quote process
- Engage customer directly and develop network to support performance targets
- Drive high level of customer satisfaction through continuous improvement
Key Competencies, Knowledge and Skills:
- Experience in APQP product launch
- Effective project management skills
- 3 years Customer Service or Sales experience, automotive preferred
- Associates Degree
